Horrible Customer Service / Great Camera

I couldn’t add the cameras to my Google home so I removed them and tried to re-add. They are no longer able to connect and after several chats and emails, arlo customer service stopped responding and nothing was fixed. I can still view on arlo app fine so will keep it since I have a few cameras.

With out subcription you have very limited access

I purchased two sets of these to put around my property due to reasons, no even 6 months in, battery life sucks, can’t just open the camera to change the battery, have to pry it open and pray you don’t break the whole device!! Not just one of them but all 5 of them!! I say 5 because the 6th one works of course but it has a water spot inside the device right in the center of the lens so it’s useless to even capture anything… not to mention the expense of the subscription after the trail period is over!!!! Plus what I paid to get them, I did my reviews of the product and thought it was a good deal and price for them! And turns out it’s not worth the expense.
