    These cameras are fantastic. The picture quality, battery life and durability is top notch. The Arlo app itself used to be excellent, but it’s rather subpar now.

    Clear, crisp images, easy to install, easily synced with the hub. A nice addition to my Arlo system as I replaced some legacy cameras that were at end of life.

    Amazing product. I was looking for a long time a security camera but couldn’t find it until I see this and I love it super easy to install and good quality

    Cameras are pretty easy to setup and use. I bought three and have had one fail with an error.

    This is my first doorbell cam and it's been a great experience. The picture and video quality on this unit is exceptional and you won't be sorry with your purchase. Had a few small connectivity issues but it was all due to my own ignorance. Called service and had no problems reaching a legit person who was quickly able to resolve my issue. I now have 1 doorbell, 3 cameras and the security which I am very pleased with. Highly recommend. Detection is on point as well with many other great features.

    Very easy to set up . Provides comfort n safety knowing we have easy access to the cameras thru the app anywhere we go. We got the 3 pack & have them around our house then later added a doorbell one as well.

    If you have a 2 store house you may not feel the same pain of this review. This was attempted round 2 with arlo. I have the arlo pro3 system that requires the base station. I've been highly unimpressed with the system from the start. There has been connctivity issues, extreme latency/delays in live feeds. Against better judgment i decided give them another chance. I thought it a few years newer they had to have improved, hahahahaha I was like i live in a long brick rancher, maybe the base isn't designed for that. Even though the camera thats 20 feet from the base loses connection the most. Yes i wasted a week with support for an outcome of idk. For those wondering the network capabilities, The base is hard wired into the very capable AXE300 with 1.2g feed. To this new system: Honestly im glad I discovered all the flaws before getting it's fully in place. Issue 1: the mounts are not really designed for single story soffit mounting. Pro 3 mounts have better mount range. Issue 2: changing wifi access points, ha good luck. As an it professional i thought i was capable of this, jokes on me. I had my phone and camera almost sitting on the access point with download speeds averaging 100 MBps and it refused to change. Cleared app cache. Removed camera from account Help syc button down for...ever It does its stupid noises says it connects as soon as it gets to the updates part it craps out. After about 2 hours of trial and error and on the verge of breaking the camera and phone, i decided to give up and say arlo you suck and id rather fork out 1k for a whole new system then give your company another penny. Make your own decision but i had to write this review because a lot of the 1 stars forgot to read anything about the product before buying. Good luck

    Replacement for older model of Arlo Cameras

    Install was was a lot better then previous Arlo cameras, you do have to have a subscription to take advantage of all the features, this is a replacement for previous Arlo cameras it only lasted about 1-1/2 years so we will see how this upgrade will do… customers service for Arlo and Best Buy were very Good concerning replacement and setup.

    Disappointing that Apple Secure Home Video isn't supported. That should be clearly stated next to "HomeKit Compatible". The cameras themselves are very good, but you will end up paying even more for a subscription through Arlo if you want intelligent notifications.

    This camera is off and on. Sometimes it picks up and sometimes it doesn't. My installer did a lot of trouble shooting so I don't think it's on me. Otherwise, it is a good camera when it works.

    Well, the cameras do have a wide angle which I do love. The reason for four stars is that at 2K when you zoom in it’s no better than my 1080 P resolution models. The charge time is a bit slower too comparatively speaking

    I had to hard wire these because the batteries died after a few days. One of them keeps losing connection and the wifi box is less than 20 feet away. Picture quality is ok. Arlo raised their prices double and requires mandatory subscription now at $240. I was willing to pay half this for subpar cameras, but the new price doesn’t make it worth it.

    I've had two cameras go offline and I'm not sure why. Also the description has vanished. I was able to access and put back one of the cameras so far.
