I now have 8 cameras that I have to charge one at a time by the charging cord only. The housing is supposed to be able to charge two batteries at once but it only worked maybe a full three times. It does take a long time to recharge the batteries to 100% if you let the battery completely drain to 0. This is very time consuming/aggravating that I can only do one at a time considering how much the charging unit cost. The adapter and cord that are in kit are the only ones you can use to charge the batteries. I’ve tried a million different adapters and probably at least 30 different power cords attempting to charge more than one battery at a time, but none of the others work, it always displays a “charger error” when I tried anything other then the charging equipment that is so expensive.

Works fine but don't really need it

Indeed if your battery is showing 20% charged, it takes only about two hours to charge. I would only suggest purchasing the Arlo charging station if you can't afford the camera to be down for less than two hours.
