A: Yes. Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2 use the same batteries.
A: If I understand correctly, your Arlo battery needs a recharge. You don’t need the charging station, but it’s handy. First, you must carefully push and remove the battery from the Arlo camera. It snaps out and fits quite easily in the Arlo charging station. Connect to AC, light comes on to let you know it’s charging. Turns green when fully charged. Battery snaps out, easily fits back in Arlo camera. Remember to resync with Wi-Fi to ensure Arlo is functioning correctly. As far as the tiny connector, make sure the flat side goes in correctly when plugging into AC. Don’t force it or you’ll damage it. Best of luck.
A: I believe the warranty is only 1 year from date of purchase with receipt.

A: It is designed for Arlo, Arlo Pro 2 and Arlo go batteries.
Q: Does Arlo charge a subscription for having 6 Arlo 2 cameras connected?
A: I believe the limit is 5 cameras. After that, Arlo will require a subscription. You can have 5 cameras and use Arlo lights with no subscription requirement. Im sure its the same with other Arlo accessories.
A: You do not need two batteries for the charger to work. The machine will charge one battery.
