The charger works fine, except that you do need to have two batteries available to be charged. Seems like an unnecessary evil. You should just be able to plug the camera in and recharge the battery.

Charges fairly quickly. My only issue is the box is constructed poorly. The spring and clip that are used to hold battery in place while charging are unreliable. They need to be reset almost every time.

Because the batteries are unavailable from Arlo, I have not been able to even test this product to see if it works. I had to order the batteries and there was a 6 week wait before they will ship.

I waste my money buying several of these and they do not work it gives me the message to use authentic charger but it is supposed to be so now it sits here and I wasted my money too expensive for companies to be stealing money from consumers for things that do not work So now I’m stuck charging all of my Arlo’s one by one by a cord

Doesn’t charge as fast as I thought it would. I’ll probably go back to charging one at a time with it in the camera. It’s faster.

I’m glad there’s a way to charge two batteries at once, however, it really this item somewhat struggles when two batteries are insert at once.

The concept for this is great- charge 2 spare Arlo batteries simultaneously so as to swap them into devices without having to dismount them to charge the batteries within the devices. However, the design is very poor. There are spring-loaded "arms" within each battery charger spot. These arms are intended to both hold the batteries in place for charging and eject them for easier removal once charging is complete. These "arms" dislodge and break apart after every use. Re-installation is difficult but doable. The batteries don't charge well without them in place, either. I'd consider a 3rd-party charger with a more straightforward battery mount if I hadn't already bought this one. Arlo - if you're reading this - please redesign for better reliability.

This charger is slower than charging the unit itself but does save time if you only one charging cable.

I recommend buying the Arlo solar panels. This charging station takes too long to charge the batteries.

After 2-3 uses the contacts begin to get loose on the charger & the alignment between batteries & charging unit

I really wish it charge faster! Sometimes it takes 4 hours to get a full charge.

Returned as not needed. The cameras come with charging cords for each camera.

This unit was good at first. After a few months it stoped charging my phone

Works as expected with Arlo System. Takes awhile to charge the battery though.

I bought the wrong thing, This is for Arlo pro and go only
