I love the Arlo cameras but this charger is not great.

i bought it when the batteries are low. haven't used it yet.

I bought this two battery charger about a year ago and the mechanism to eject the battery fell apart on one side. Very disappointing with such a cheap build quality.

this is the third one of these we have purchased in the last 18 months. The first time a battery was ejected from the space the spring popped off the base INSIDE the unit. And, the retention clips failed to release the battery. guess another trip to purchase yet a fourth unit is in order. get it together guys. I'm ready to chuck it all and go to another, more reliable product.

Had the charger for five months and it went bad. Arlo is a good system the problem is customer service. Like most greedy companies they outsource their customer service so after this charger went bad it took me over and hour to get help. Of course the customer service is someone in a different country that not only can't speak english well, they don't understand it. Again Arlo is pretty cool just don't count on customer service.

The dual charger worked great to charge two batteries at once the first two times I used it. After that, the charger only worked on one side. I hope the company contact me to rectify the situation, as I have no easy way to contact customer service to try to get help. The return period Ended two days ago.

At first everything about this camaras was good theN they start acting crazy the battery runout fast I have to keep charging them every 3/5 days if I am lucky It’s when I go out of town it’s like I don’t have camaras because they stop working because of the poor battery they are rechargeable not recommended at all wast of money

Bought a spare battery with this so that the camera wasn't out of service for battery charging. Inserted 2 batteries. Charged up in good time. When I removed the 1st battery, a spring and plastic piece fell out. Figured that I could put it back in. removed the 2nd battery. Parts fell out. Returned for credit. I need a reliable charger.

This was for the Arlo Camera additional charger since the battery don’t last as long

I would not recommend this charger. It does not charge on one side.

Broke after 1 year. Not good. Was great for the first year.

It works but it’s slow. Can’t tell if it’s the battery or charger that doesn’t work well

My Arlo cameras don't have any listing on them as to being Arlo Pro, Pro 2 or Pro 3. I bought the charger thinking it would work, but the batteries don't fit in it. I haven't been able to bring it back yet, due to the reduced travel with the covid-19 stuff going on.

Less than 2 year and now charger is not working!!! How can be this possible? Very disappointed with this original Arlo charger. Knowing that I should got it an not original one for a fracción of the price.

The clip that engages with the battery is faulty. When you try to remove the battery after charging, you end up pulling out the battery clip and spring mechanism. This really doesn’t need to be that complicated of a design.

Horrible product, only one battery will charge at a time - Which defeats the purpose of the device. I have no idea how to receive warranty service on it, so it is essentially useless to me...A total waste of a lot of money

To get app fo work with your android phone is hortible.

Purchased Arlo products and I am not a fan. They products are very buggy. They only seem to capture me even though other people clearly walked by the camera. Their software may be lacking quality demographic information.

This product didn't charge my arlo pro batteries at all. When I tried to exchange it I was told I was outside of the 15 days I had to return it. Not a happy customer with this item.

Used it once and it charged slowly. Used it a second time and did not charge at all. Now I can’t return. Not very happy.
