Bought this and a battery so I can keep an extra battery ready. Wire won’t work and one battery will not charge. System less than a year old

After a year it no longer works on one side. Good have just used the regular camera charger instead of purchasing.

I've had this less than a month and one side of the charger broke already. Luckily I can still charge one battery and replace as needed.

This product literally fell apart. I replaced with after product charges at a fraction of the cost.

Stopped working after a few uses. Tried using different cords but was unsuccessful.

We purchased an Arlo Pro camera system a few months ago. My wife and I absolutely love the system! We have been charging our batteries using the included wall charger and charging them inside the camera. Netgear released these two-battery chargers in March and we knew we had to have one! This charger is well designed to charge two batteries at once. The batteries slide into either end and are securely held in place while being charged. L.E.D.s let you know the battery is being charged and also when they are completely charged. You simply push on the battery and the charger springs the battery out to you. It is nice always having two freshly charged batteries to use with our Arlo Pro system! I highly recommend this charger to anyone with an Arlo Pro security camera system.

I r had so many issues with this camera system ...if you have a problem with it don’t expect a refund

I couldn’t believe for this price it didn’t at least come with one battery.

It took about 8 hours to charge the batteries. I called Arlo, and they tried to troubleshoot, to no avail.

Batteries don't stay charged for long. I plugged it in for 8 hours and it only staed charged for a day

I used this charger twice and it quit working, Don't buy this piece of garbage.

It does it's job fabulously: charging 1 or 2 batteries quickly. However, it is very expensive for what it is.

I figured I needed a charger so that it would be easier to replace batteries as they die. This is overpriced, but I did it anyhow. Charged fine, but as soon as I took the first battery out it broke. The cheap plastic from the spring fell apart. Put it back together only for it to break again and again. After thinking about it this hunk of plastic is no way worth anything over 10 bucks.... Going back.

We bought the Arlo 2 pro cameras and discovered that they do not come with a USB charging cable. So we had to buy this charging station. Take it home, get out of box, set up and plug in batteries according to the start up guide and nothing. The lights come on (amber) and then go out. Then nothing. Look for support or help and you get nothing. Thankfully the wall plug and the USB cord will work with the camera so the dual charger, while faulty and thus useless, is not really needed. Still a very expensive wall plug and USB cord. Due to these limitations and the high expense of accessories I would not recommend this product to anyone.
