I enjoy using this doorbell but there is a delay in the camera recording for sure i dont belive its my internet speed being i have fiber optic, and the mic when speaking to people at the door can sound funny some time but does its job as a doorbell no technical issues

Love the doorbell and that it can be angled as ours is mounted off center. Sensitive detection does not miss a thing. Compared to our former electronic doorbell this one far surpasses expectations.!

poor motion detection distance, no real instructions for setting it up and operating it. Very poor and not at all helpful customer service which was very hard to get initially. The picture was good though. No real explanation of the options of the doorbell and how to access them and set them up. Sound quality was not very good and it made noise all the time, a lot grade hissing.

As always, a super quality Arlo product. I own 11 cameras and this joins the “completely satisfied” category of all of them.

It captures everything. I like being able to pick zones.

works well - a little short on battery life for my liking hugh traffic door(only lasting just under a week) however in the next week or 2 i plan on running power to the dorbell to resolve the issue

Thank you for helping me upgrade my door bell from a Nest that was no longer supported software. The Arlo is a much better product with much more options and more secure software. Thank you for your help finding a replacement.

It's 2k just like my pro 5s cameras but there is a lot of false advertisement with this camera. My pro 5s cameras have a 160 degree view and they pick up more than this camera on sides when it's supposed to be 180 degree. I hard wired it for constant power but it only runs off the battery. It doesn't start recording until I'm already almost inside my house, even with the sensitivity all the way up. Even when my mailman walks by he's already almost out of frame when it starts recording. Will be returning this today.

It’s very good but expensive I receive different plans but before with cámaras I paid just $13.99/month and now it’s the double.

I thought I was upgrading from 1st gen nope!!! Big mistake. The 2nd gen Arlo is a big down grade. Sensitively is awful only picks up motion for 1 ft of my driveway where the 1st gen covered my whole drive no problems. Yes sensitivity is set to %100 and I have redone the motion box's hundreds of times and contacted their tech support with zero improvement. The app is a huge a downgrade as well now the app never disables when it's standby mode. power cycled and firmware is up to date. It's all going in the garbage not even going to give it to someone because it's a bunch of problems.

To be honest I think the ring camera is so much clearer and just nicer app. Don’t get me wrong I don’t have issues with my Arlo. Ring has a few extra settings that makes it a little better.

I've been an arlo user for some time now, so I, also have the older generations. I love all my cameras. I just wish it was a better way to preserve battery life.

Easy setup, great viewing angle, resolution, and night vision. Big upgrade over my first Gen Nest doorbell.
