The Arlo Smart Wi-Fi Video Doorbell comes equipped with a crystal-clear 2K resolution camera that captures every detail with impeccable clarity. Whether it's day or night, this doorbell does not disappoint. The night vision feature works like a charm, ensuring your home is protected round the clock. One of the standout features of this doorbell is its wide 180-degree field of view. No more guessing who's at the door! You get a comprehensive view of your doorstep and surroundings, making it easier to spot potential intruders or simply keep an eye on package deliveries. This was one of the main reasons I picked up this doorbell. Our side door is along a long driveway to our rear garage. Buy something else.

It has to be done with a picture scan of each written or printed on paper, or by means I did not understand. Why no keyboard? One will also be beaten to death with daily emails about try-this, trial-that. I bought a doorbell cam, not a path to email me with needless clutter. Adding icing to the cake: it will not ring my existing doorbell and tech support doesn't exist. Aside from all of this, it is of sturdy construction.

Do not buy from this Company

It worked for about 6 months and just stopped working. At that point I've been trouble shooting and spent countless hours w/ customer service trying to fix. Finally they told me my video doorbell is out of warranty and they can't fix. It's a terrible product and the Company is trying to push the subscription model on its customers.

Not great battery life

Management is awful at my local store! Management and store employees could careless about customer service, they are hard to deal with and do not have any compassion! There is no communication between online and the actual store, so if you order online to pickup in the store, you better hope you dont have a problem with the order! Wouldn't be surprised if Best buy files for bankruptcy in the next 5 years!

SUBSCRIPTION MODEL IS HORRIBLE

When they converted this to a subscription model....I have been severely disappointed. Bought this Doorbell, forced an upgrade on the app, wanted to charge a subscription model monthly charge. Took it back. Horrible concept, horrible app upgrade....still have issues with app and current cameras. Periodically have to power down both systems, call arlo for resetting my account. Next camera purchases will be Blink probably.

Ever, in my life. Upon setting up this device, my feed stopped working. Couldn't get it to work. Support was completely and utterly useless as usual.

We have had an intruder on the property (we know this because the neighbor talked to us about it), but the camera didn't detect anything because the person did not walk right in front of it.
