It doesn't work any better than my four year old Netgear, which actually didn't drop as much. I got this because the old one was outdated and I was getting notices from the internet service provider.

Cheaper only in price. This is better than my netgear for about $50 less!

I ended up having to return this unit. It may have been defective, I am a Cox subscriber and this unit was difficult to get set up on the network I spoke with 3 different Cox technician before one of them was able to get it to work, and they all had the correct mac address once it was online download speed were maxing out at 30-40 Mbps, when i subscribe to 150 Mb package, traded it in for a Netgear and bingo was back up top the 150 Mb

Changing the wifi password on this thing is a hassle. You have to download their app and omg I hate it . Even the app sucks.

I found the directions so difficult to understand that I returned this item to the store. I never received a credit for this return and am very disappointed.

Slower than expected, WIFI to other devices not as good as we wanted.

I had a lot of issues trying to get the modem to connect to my WiFi. Stops working often and I have to unplug and reset.

Saves me $12.99 per month on TV/internet bill with Grande by owning my own router/modem. Works great! Wish I had done this months ago.

This is a good inversión I was paying 10$ a month renting the router With internet service.. easy to install and to put a password..

It worked well until it just shut off and wouldn't turn back on. Ordered through the mail because there isn't a Best Buy near me and now I'm having to figure out a way to return it to UPS. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying this unless you are close to a store just in case you have to return it.

Not for anyone playing FPS games. My game stutters all the time with this modem. I'm past the return time so used it for a weekend, selling it and going back to my spectrum issued modem and router. I'll pay $5 a month to not have my game have constant lag spikes.

Sad connection when it comes to connecting to xfinity. Would be faster physically running a signal from my phone to the router and back. Spend the extra. If not for yourself, then do it for me.

Easy set up but not impressed with its Wi-Fi range. I’ll look for a different brand next time.

works but the arris ip site doesn’t work anymore had to find it on my own. the app setup to manage failed 3x and yes i’m IT savvy

Bought this to own rather than rent from Comcast. It was hard to install as instructions were not clearly written. Now that it is installed, it works well.

My connection still goes in and out frequently. I purchased this router so I wouldn’t have to rent one from the cable company, however I wish I would have just rented one so that I wouldn’t have the issues I have with it. Also, there aren’t that many input slots on the back so if you have multiple devices in the home (security system, tv, and other smart devices that need to connect directly, you may want to look for something else.

The package lists its compatible with Cox and Cox says it is, but it is not. It might work for other companies but don't know for sure.

Bought this in March and have had to reboot my entire system about four times. I think that is too much personally. Looking for new one with better quality

Can’t really give it a fair review- this product did not work with our internet service, so I can’t recommend or not recommend.
