Not worth the trouble

I consider myself pretty tech-savvy and I've set up multiple router/modems in my day, but this was the worst. The website to activate it didn't work and the customer service was abysmal. I had a friend who is a computer science engineer and he couldn't figure it out either. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $50-$100 and get a better one. You'll be glad you did.
