It was noticeable hot to the touch. definitely will NOT buy again. HOPEFULLY best buy can AT LEASE let me exchange it towards another router, but I doubt it.

We’ve replaced cords, checked connections, and just about everything imaginable but the only thing that works for us is doing a hard reset two times for the WiFi to work again. Not sure what’s wrong with it.
