It’s okay with modem and router. It’s working well but expensive.

I couldn't get this to work with my internet provider.

Should have returned it. Minimally helped, but not too much.

Returned it and bought the motorola. Cheaper and better for me.

This is not a good modem/router at all. I bought it and had problems with connectivity from the start. I thought it was my internet service. It turns out that that was not the problem. Then I thought it was the wireless component in the modem/router, but after much research, there is a problem with many modems that were made with an intel puma chip. There is a defect and this modem goes off and online very often. This is very annoying if you are watching a movie, or especially so when you're on work calls and constantly getting kicked offline. I have since purchased another brand modem and separate router that are working much better. I would not recommend this modem to anyone.

Unfortunately I have to return this item. I was trying to use with Xfinity which worked well at first. After like 3 months, my internet started to crashing down sometimes, then went crashing down frequently. I figured it out with my internet company that the problem was the router.

Cannot even get good service in the room directly above box.

Decent to use just watch out for Comcast trying to bill you for it

This cable modems serves the basic purpose of saving the fees charged by the internet company. However, it produces a weak signal. My home isn't large, but when I go upstairs, I lose signal strength. So in my opinion, it works quite well as long as you stay in close proximity to it.

The device is good but the app that must go with it is garbage.

Doesn’t actually work with spectrum like it says. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Also the range on it sucks. They will let you set it up but they will say it will run slow and that was an understatement

I asked for help with a router and new phone service at the door. They got me a sales man who went over and took a router off the shelf, handed it to me and turned to help the other three people who had gathered (was he the only sales person on the floor? maybe). I asked if everything was there and was he sure it would work--"yup". I asked him about phones and he pointed me to that sections. I finally gave up and checked out, was told there was no one in phones to help me (bought my 2 new iPhones on line). Got home to find I needed boosters and cables; purchased them at Fred Meyer, where I should have gone in the first place.

Arris has always been a great choice until this one. It constantly disconnects and nothing fixes it. I was she I had read the reviews online about this model before I bought it. Don't waste your money like I did.

I purchased this to replace the modem that I was renting with Xfinity. I have only had to reset it once so far and I have owned it now for a few months. It has both 2.4 & 5 wifi. I feel like the 5 cuts out a lot more than the 2.4 so I am satisfied with the modem.

Useless purchase that I'm stuck with and not able to use or return. Comcast said that I could have it hooked up; however, it would delete my existing cable modem, which is a lot better than this one, since they only allow one per household/account. I needed a network router, in addition to my cable modem since I was transitioning to working from home. My work had to order and supply me with the network router as an extra layer of security since I was unable to get one on my own. Never been used and still sitting in box. Prior to purchase, I called the store and no one answered. Chat online was unavailable. Where's the assistance when you need it.
