The modem router was good for a couple months and then suddenly it started to disconnect a lot. I'm stuck with this modem router as bestbuy won't take it back and aaris says that the device is absolutely great and Xfinity says their network is delivering without any drop and its absolutely 'gold'. I don't know what to do with this as I spent $120 for this and it doesn't work properly!

The same trash company that designed a non wireless router finally smartened up to bring you poor quality wireless. I hope you don.t intend on using more than just your IPHONE at your house because it can't even

The modem is okay but the Wi-Fi does not reach to the end other end of a two-bedroom apartment. I plan on looking for a different modem and router that can reach to the other side of a small two-bedroom apartment.

Does not work as good as i thought. I got this to get a broader range and it's worse than before.

Bought this in February. It died in July. I have had previous models that worked for several years.

Dosent work with Xfinity plan anymore and it isn't that old even

Very bad experience, some websites were not accessible. Actually very little were accessible. Customer support was very nice and patient and tried to resolve the issue but to no result. Had to return it and get a different modem/router.

I walked into the next room about 20 feet away from the router and lost signal with 5.0, 2.4 was a little better but not much.

Overall not a grat system. Low strength compared to the free one I get through Spectrum. Was hoping to not pay lease fee. Will try Mesh system

This model is compatible with Xfinity according to Xfinity but I could not get it to connect even with Xfinity's help. Returned it.

Very disappointed didn’t last a year even . After 6 month constantly had to reboot it .

I have no idea if this is a good product or not yet since I still haven't received it. I was supposed to take 9 days to deliver this router to my home, but delivery was delayed indefinitely. I can, of course, buy an upgraded model.....

This is the worst product and I will never purchase any Arris product again. It promises to output upto 500mbps but it never goes past 70mbps and most of the time it is under 10mbps. I called Arris customer service and they are even worse than their product. They will tell you straight up that they can't do anything.

I was paying rental for Comcast for so long and decided to stop that. I am happy with my purchase.

Works well, but not as simple to set up as others. Overall though it is a very good combo modem/router for the size of the house.

Price is right and it’s dependable, gets the job done as cable modem and Wi-Fi router

Very disappointed that this unit failed within 30 days. No idea the cause. But I had to spend an entire day with both Arris (who claimed to not be aware of a problem or willing to admit a problem. The person on the tech line suggested it was a cable problem to check on rather than admit any fault... when in fact it was a modem failure.

It doesn't automatically connect to devices. I don't like it.

I could only get my phone to work on it my laptop wold not find the signal from it and it was 6 feet away from the router i returned it and went back to my old n router

This was way too slow to manage my internet speed.
