Never buy this garbage my internet was remarkably slower and for reasons I could not fully discern and I am very well versed in networking and all that good stuff. Buy off amazon better return policy, no wonder this SB store closed down.

Broken did not power on

When I got home and plugged it in it would not power on. Returned the next day. Best Buy gave me nothing for selling me broken product. They did return my money so good enough I guess. Would have been nice to get a discount code for next purchase.

Weak Signal with Xfinity

Arris wont fix the problem. Crap warranty
