Poor Signal Strength for Wifi

I thought this modem/router was going to work in my two story home. I even purchased the extender but the connection speed was still slow (still is). I will be taking it back.

Truly Awful

App was even worse but we were willing to put up with that just to not keep renting. Well here we are a year later and now our internet drops every five minutes. Will be replacing.

I usually like Arris/Moto products, as the one before was their unit. Must have gotten a poor one this time.

They made me as if product issues were my fault and they couldn't/wouldn't solve my problems. Now I have a useless router and no wi fi. Not a happy customer
