Does not work. Modem/Router connects with wire. But no wireless signal.

I bought this as an upgrade for an old modem thinking it would be better. After hooking it up I could not get on the internet. I went back to my old equipment and was back on the internet in no time. Had to return it.

Product was defective and geek squad sucked after waiting 55 min on phone to mak an appt/ charged twice for geek squad has been a Nightmare dealing with Best Buy

Well my old wifi box went out, so had to upgrade. So far its pretty great setup was easy and quick. What was so amazing were the bestbuy techs. Originally i bought the wrong box and went, back to the store in my locations to exchange it, unfortunately they did not have it in the store. So we looked it up online and they found one in another store. So we did the exchange and set everything up for me just to pop in a pick it up. Only took about 20 mins including driving to get me squared away! I loved the experience, the team really helped me out and i was not a hassle or headache whatsoever. I have only have the wifi box for a few short months, but its great. Powerful speed, and reaches every corner of the house and even my outside garage and camera setup. I also have my wifi extender connected and now nothing drops wifi and it doesnt slow down speed.

Replaced my rental comcast equipment with this and my internet has never been better. Wish I would've bought this sooner. Awesome performance at an affordable price.

Have used Arris before and am always happy with their products. Easy to hook up.

My modem router works perfectly. Comcast will ask you for a c-mac number on the back of the modem. It's on there but it doesn't say c -mac.

strong connection, easy to set up, reliable, no issues whatsoever. My apartment is a little more than 800 ft and I have connectivity everywhere even outside. Would recommend for sure

Excellent modem. No downtime. The setup is quick and simple. Will suit most of the basic requirements.

Don't know very much tech, but this appears to do an excellent job plus it is a router and modem combined. It's small in size so it is hardly noticeable

Bought for xfinity internet. Work as intended. Easy to install. range is average. So far very stable.
