Did not work on spetrum service brand new out of b

Downlaod capped at 1 to 3 mbps on wired connection and spectrum service agent could not get it working for 300mbps plan. It was concluded as the device problem because another device was working well with simple swap. Bestbuy did not honor retun simply because paased 15 day window. Arris did not honor return simply it was not sold from their website. Avoid this product.

Did not work with our WiFi provider (Xfinity)

Tried to troubleshoot for an extensive period of time and eventually gave up and returned the device and went with our WiFi provider's modem/router rental (which we were trying to avoid). I didn't see many negative reviews on here so I thought it was important to share our experience.

Had xfinity technician out twice and could not be resolved. Customer service is atrocious. Cannot get through on the phone. Wanted me to pay $1 to ask a question and when I refused the chat was ended. We returned this item. Zero stars. 10/10 do not recommend.
