Very satisfied, glad it was a router and modem all in one. Love how the app for it helps you check signal strength around your home. Also was pleased with the price of it and the quality as well.

This Arris Surfboard AC1600 cable router works as well as Comcast's router they supplied. Had no problems with the self install and activation. Plus I will save another monthly fee. This will easily pay for itself. Easy pick up from Best buy. Never left my car.

This item worked perfectly and is exactly what I needed to save money from renting a modem from Xfinity . Would highly recommend for the price

My 5 year old Netgear still worked great for me (used with Comcast/Xfinity) but my son moved in and is a gamer so... I needed more bandwidth and speed to accommodate both of us using multiple devices. I bought the Arris because of the 5G capability and upgraded my Internet service. Of course, we don't get the full advertised speeds but the Arris delivers plenty for us to share fully wireless with the modem set up in a different room. Considering he has always insisted on connecting via ethernet, that's all I could ask for. The directions weren't as clear as they could have been but since I have done my own previously, set up was pretty simple. I'm more than satisfied.

Has handled on the streaming needs and device connectivity for all of the guest at our Airbnb. Our Airbnb is just over 300 ft.², but we get connection on the front porch, back porch and through the yard.

The router/modem was extremely easy to set up. it works well in my 1339 sqft condo. I can stream my tv without delay, even at a low 25 mbps. I don't do anything technically complicated - only tv streaming, and laptop, so no great demands on it.

Great price, and it gets rid of the monthly recurring rental costs from Cox. It was easy to install, and since it is on Cox's "compatible" list, it was easy to activate. It does NOT have a WPS button, but has a virtual button in settings.

When my Motorola router/modem conked out after 7 or so years I chose this model to replace it. It was easy to set up and the signal reaches to where I need it to go. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase.

Needed a router to replace one I was renting from Xfinity. Glad I picked this one up - affordable and works well. It's small enough to sit on my desk and I'm happy to not have to pay a rental fee from my ISP now.

Bought this for my girlfriend so she wouldn't have to rent a modem from Comcast for over $150 a year. This thing works great....11 months in without a hiccup. Payed for itself long ago. Great coverage for 1200 square feet.

This is the 2nd ARRIS Router I have purchased. It is powerful, does not lose connection like others, and works seamless with Comcast service. It is small enough and thin enough to hide in small places so it is not visible.

I installed this for my aunt’s internet at her apartment which has both the modem and router. This works perfectly. Very Easy to connect and just need to call the provider to set up the modem. And its fast

The SBG10 modem/router is a solid performer that will pay for itself over the course of a year. It was easy to install and works as advertised. The technical support afforded by Arris is superior and there if you need to ask any questions. Works great with WOW.

This unit replaced an existing Arris modem. The installation was trivial. The setup paralleled the previous unit, so no difficulties there. Documentation was included in the package, which is nice. I can't comment on the helpfulness of the documentation as I just stumbled through the install. I feel that the unit is a little expensive for what it is, but it put me back online quickly which was the important factor.

Very easy to install, but not compatible with my WiFi provider.

After years of paying extra each month to my internet provider to use their modem, I decided it was time to buy my own and cut out the extra cost. I found this one, which was smilier to the one I had been using, but was a little faster. Also, it happened to be on sale that week. I want to let others know that you have to contact your internet provider and give them some information found on the modem (and on the instructions as well) before this modem will allow you on the internet. Once I got that taken care of, the rest was easy to set up and my system works as well as before.

Great combo modem/WiFi. Speed is excellent throughout single story house. Easy setup in 10 minutes and a phone call to cox to register. Highly recommend upgrading to this modem.
