Great price. Gets the job done and beats having to rent one

I bought this modem/router combo for an apartment. Get full coverage with the Wi-Fi, the ethernet is high-speed through the modem, and overall have not had any issues with. Highly recommend for the price.

Bought this to work with Xfinity internet 7 months ago. It has worked great so far. We haven't had any problems getting wifi throughout our home. Easy set up and use.

The setup was fairly easy once spectrum entered all the information they needed correctly. The rest of the setup to all our equipment as been seamless and we have good coverage. We bought this router because our spectrum one went out after having it for years. We didn’t want to wait for spectrum to get us new one nor have someone else’s equipment anymore. This router was suggested by a associate at Best Buy and it seems to be doing the job it’s intended to well.

Very easy to setup. It also increased my speed which was a surprise. No more buffering and I am saving $20 a month by not renting. Wish I would have bought this a long time ago

Works as advertised and at a reasonable price. Much better than paying a monthly rental fee from the ISP. Simple to set up and well worth the price.

This worked great at first then after a few months became unreliable. Xfinity came out twice checked everything and replaced outside cables. Finally they said it’s got to be the modem. Arris customer support was very nice but the factory reset didn’t work. I work from home and the internet does 4 or more times per work day plus at night is unacceptable. I will be replacing this! I got this in January 2021 and problems started in July 2021. Now it’s HIGHLY unreliable.

My computer was showing slow internet speed and my old modem died while in the process of trying to fix the problem. I bought this one and like having the router combined with the modem. It wasn't the solution to my slow speeds, but with some other "fixes" I'm back to high speed now. My internet provider wants about $10 per month to rent me a modem, so it will take only about a year for this to pay for itself.

The original modem I got was already assigned to another digital address so must have been used and returned by someone prior to getting to me so I had to return and order a new one and it has worked great! No issues, simple set up.

Do not get this if you need more than two Ethernet ports. The wireless is great. The speeds exceed my expectations and the set up is fairly easy. I was out the box and running within five to ten minutes.

Its simple and easy to install and use, I use it with xfinity by Comcast and it works perfect. But remember if you are not using xfinity's routers or modems you can not change the network name or password.

saved money by buying this instead of renting a modem and a router from the cable company! I see no difference in signal strength or speed. well worth it. Works with almost all cable companies.

This very affordable modem and router combination is fast and easy to set up. I really enjoy that I can rename my network and reset my password to something I can remember. Highly recommend for smaller households.

This modem router seems to work fine. No problems and easy setup. The speed is good unless you’re a gamer and of course then you’ll want something with more power

I am using this to upgrade my up/downloading speed using WiFi. Very easy to hook up. Officially recommended, I believe, for people like me who have internet service through Comcast/XFinity.

When Comcast hooked up my service, some devices worked and some didn't. Comcast couldn't figure it out. I had a 3-way call with Comcast and Arris tech service reps. Arris guy figured it out. Something on Comcast's end wasn't sending the signal right. They are supposed to have an IPv4 and an IPv6, but the IPv4 wasn't working. Once the Arris guy confirmed it at a site called IPDV6-test.com, we finally got it resolved. Was very impressed with the competence of the Arris tech service guy!

This was an awesome purchase - it was amazingly easy to set up and has worked seamlessly. I am so glad I bought this rather than wasting money by leasing one from the internet company.
