Easy to set up. Works good with Xfinity. Recommend.

This very affordable modem and router combination is fast and easy to set up. I really enjoy that I can rename my network and reset my password to something I can remember. Highly recommend for smaller households.

This worked great at first then after a few months became unreliable. Xfinity came out twice checked everything and replaced outside cables. Finally they said it’s got to be the modem. Arris customer support was very nice but the factory reset didn’t work. I work from home and the internet does 4 or more times per work day plus at night is unacceptable. I will be replacing this! I got this in January 2021 and problems started in July 2021. Now it’s HIGHLY unreliable.

Works very good , would definitely recommend as an alternative modem from the cable modem you are renting for internet.

saved money by buying this instead of renting a modem and a router from the cable company! I see no difference in signal strength or speed. well worth it. Works with almost all cable companies.

Has awesome speed of 686 mbps. I hardly ever have to recycle it, and it works perfectly.

The setup was fairly easy once spectrum entered all the information they needed correctly. The rest of the setup to all our equipment as been seamless and we have good coverage. We bought this router because our spectrum one went out after having it for years. We didn’t want to wait for spectrum to get us new one nor have someone else’s equipment anymore. This router was suggested by a associate at Best Buy and it seems to be doing the job it’s intended to well.

This modem router seems to work fine. No problems and easy setup. The speed is good unless you’re a gamer and of course then you’ll want something with more power

The modem router combo works great with Xfinity. The app was so much easier than using than Ethernet.

I am using this to upgrade my up/downloading speed using WiFi. Very easy to hook up. Officially recommended, I believe, for people like me who have internet service through Comcast/XFinity.

When Comcast hooked up my service, some devices worked and some didn't. Comcast couldn't figure it out. I had a 3-way call with Comcast and Arris tech service reps. Arris guy figured it out. Something on Comcast's end wasn't sending the signal right. They are supposed to have an IPv4 and an IPv6, but the IPv4 wasn't working. Once the Arris guy confirmed it at a site called IPDV6-test.com, we finally got it resolved. Was very impressed with the competence of the Arris tech service guy!

This was an awesome purchase - it was amazingly easy to set up and has worked seamlessly. I am so glad I bought this rather than wasting money by leasing one from the internet company.

It was easy to install and works just fine. I am a little disappointed that the signal is weakened a bit at the far end of the house. I had to install it at the front corner so the back corner has a weaker signal. But not so weak as to make it difficult to use.

Works great! Don't waste your money renting a wireless router from your service provider!

I bought this product because my old modem/router was always losing connection and really slow. Once I switched to this modem, my internet speeds TRIPLED!!! Easy set up. Would 100000% recommend!

This modem/router works excellent, it has the capability to deal with gigabit speed, it’s easy to setup and use. Customer service is always there to assist in all questions. Great product!

This router was easy to install now no longer have to pay 14.00 monthly to cable company to rent theirs Highly recommend It’s also a lot smaller than the rental and unobtrusive.
