This a great device. It required a very simple setup and I have had no issues. Lightning fast.

Lets be honest, if you own this modem, and you are having problems with your internet...it probably means: (a) the modem is not plugged in, or (b) something to do with the internet provider

Current modem went out after 4-5 years. This modem was a good bargain for the price. Workds great!

Good modem for the price. Wanted to stop paying the monthly rental fee. The only thing I don't like that I didn't notice; there is no phone jack connection. So if you still use a land line that needs a modem hookup, you'll have to find an alternate method.

With Comcast upgrading my area to handle Doc SIS 3 mid-2013 I waited a while to upgrade since my 4yr old modem works just fine.. But with a gift card and some reward points I didn't have to pay much more that tax out of pocket. Then it seemed easier to upgrade. I did do a speed test before I replaced the modem. and another afterwards, just using the wireless N Modem I already have.. and to be honest, I got the same speeds up and down. But I will say that the install was easy to do, didnt take long, Between Comcast's systems which had made it pretty painless and Motorola did a good job on the interface.

I purchased this modem when my previous modem reached its end of life as determined by Comcast. It was on sale at Best Buy and it was in stock when I went there to buy it. It is working fine and it will be breakeven after 6 months and a large savings thereafter. It can also handle higher speeds if I upgrade my Internet plan in the future.

I am Cox customer, had old modem and decided to buy this one, plugged it in and loaded software, works great.

Easy to install and compatible with Charter. No problems so far. Is a very nice upgrade from my old DOCSis V2 modem.

Was easy to install and set up. Excellent price and it has good reception, even from basement.

The modem works perfectly with Comcast. No issues. Just give them the mac, wait few minutes, then it's good to go. Stable and rock solid connection so far. Not a lot of options on this but it's a low end so it shouldn't expect it to.

If you are looking to replace a comcast modem this works great and saves you money on your bill!

Best Buy does sell Comcast branded modems, but the specs on this modem are just a bit better and the overall DNS response time is a lot faster than with my previous DOCSIS 2.0 modem.

Easy to set up. Works great with Time Warner / Spectrum. Wonderful connection speeds so far.

The reason I purchased a modem was to get away from paying a modem rental fee with my cable provider. The modem works great and functions great. Most cable providers should be allowing this on their network - but I've heard mixed responses based techs. Only downside I have is that the lights on this modem are BRIGHT. It's pretty much a night light with some blinking. Had to hide this in a closet with my router.

Took two seconds to set-up. Download/upload speed is fast.
