One of the best modem I've ever used. Helps me get the full amount of mbps.

This is better than renting from Comcast... I did not need to get a modem/router combo, since I have a time Capsule I use for my wifi... We would have four to five devices connected simultaneously, and we haven't had any issues...

The recommendation to purchase this came from Comcast. Easy installation, but has had a few hiccups requiring restarts. Overall, so far, so good.

This modem has been online for a while now and has proven to be a workhorse in providing stable internet access from my cable company. Saved me the $10/month rental fee.

I bought this item to avoid the modem rental fee charged by TWC. It works better than the TWC modem. I will earn back the amount in less than 10 months. Very pleased

Purchased this after reading reviews. Got tired of paying cable company ten dollars a month to rent theirs. Works very well, but illuminates the bedroom to the point I can't sleep. Looks like star wars battleship when it's dark.

I should have bought a cable modem as soon as I signed up for internet service with TWC. Saves you $5 per month, and it's much better quality than what they give you.

Works okay - causes hiccups with Netflix (which worked flawlessly with my old DOCSIS II cable modem). It is notably faster when I play MMORPG's - objectively verified via in-game speed testing tools. My complaint (which may really be Comcast) is that it required quite a bit of messing around to get it up and running including a call to 2nd level support at Comcast. Comcast tried to say it was my problem and wanted to redirect me to Motorola support. It works now except for the Netflix hiccup issues (which may not be the modem's fault at all).

This modem has been used in Chicago and now in Atlanta. Bought it on May 21, 2016 and it's been on day and night. I wish it was cheaper though.

It is very fast and easy to setup! Only a couple cords and it's quick.

I had older version of Motorola Cable Modem and then my Internet provider Comcast asked me to upgrade it to DOCSIS 3.0 type of cable modem. I went to best buy and their guy suggested me this one. I am pretty happy with this cable modem.
