Terrific value for the price. Pays for itself within a few months.The only even slightly negative thing is that I wish the modem contained an on/off power switch. When there's a cable problem, I have to manually disconnect the power source. I damaged my first modem's pin when plugging it back in.

I purchased this based on my satisfaction with an older SURFboard model. This model is one of the recommended modems for Cox Internet Premier.

I didn't know what to buy first, but i think this is fine for what i wanted which was a one bed apt. Works perfectly and good wifi everywhere.

Ive recently signed up for Comcast. I didn't want to lease any of their equipment. So I went and purchased this modem. So far it's great. I have zero issues. It's small and lightweight and easy to hide if you want a equipment free look in your living room. My only complaint is that I couldn't find it in black to match my TV, Xbox one, and wifi router

This was purchased to replace my cable internet modem from the cable company to save money. After my purchase they stopped charging me for it, but the bill went up because of company changes(just great). Anyway this has sped up our internet access without loss, we used to lose connection constantly. This was a great buy & after the cable co. checked it out, it's been perfect.

At first I was skeptical about purchasing this product since the modem my provider furnished was working just fine. When I learned how much I could save, I changed my mind. Since I am not a "tech. specialist" I worried I would not be able to set it up properly. It was so simple and now I am enjoying the savings. I highly recommend this product.

Very easy to setup and use but make sure your cable supplier supports it because xfinity/Comcast stated that it is a end-of-life model and may not work in the future. Many cable suppliers want you to use their modems to charge you additional fees each month. However, for the sake of rating this product it is very easy to use and works great.

The modem itself gave me no problems. My wireless router did though. The router fixed itself eventually after a few resets of both the router and laptop. The tablet connected without a hitch. By the way, my OS is Ubuntu and there was not even a hint of a problem because of that. I did have to hardwire connect to the modem for the initial setup. After that it was smooth sailing.

Has latest docsis 3.0 technology. Device was supported by multiple providers in the area. So if I were to switch I can use the same modem

Functions as it should, easy set up, works perfect with cable providers speed. Only complaint: gives off a lot of light from such small LEDs.
