I don't even notice this thing due to it just working like it should. Haven't had any dropped connections to my service or my router. A+

For 10 years I have been leasing a modem from Comcast for $8/mo. Let's do the math. 8 x 12 x 10 = $960. What? Am I nuts? This is a 363 Mbps modem. Cable connected to new modem, connected to Apple Airport Express, connected to AT&T Microcell. I now have an excellent wireless network and 5 bars on my phone. The modem is the main component of this excellent network!

The sales people were very helpful finding the correct modem for our cable provider. Much cheaper than leasing thru cable.

Sync GREAT with TWC with no connection loss..works better the the one's TWC provides and I don't have to pay monthly for cheap Arris modems..

I always use Motorola/Arris cable modems and have done so for many years. Whenever I need a replacement or upgrade, it's a SURFboard for me!

ARRIS modems seem to be preferred by TWC. This modem works well, but it is important to connect it directly to a router NOT a switch, in order to have all of your connected devices to have IP addresses assigned. If you have many devices, connect the ARRIS modems ethernet output directly to your router and then connect your switches to the router.

I received a notice from Cox that I was not reaching full potential of my internet speed with my old surfboard modem. They wanted me to rent one from them. No thanks.. Like to own my equipment and avoid the rental fee. After some research I found this was just about the best one out there. My internet speed has more than doubled. I had it connected in no time as well.

This modem is super fast and my break even point versus leasing one from the cable company is only 5 months. No brainer!

I originally purchased a modem/router combo and was constantly having to reconnect all my devices. Even after exchanging the product I still had the same problem. Since going with this modem and a separate router, I have had no problems at all. All my devices stay connected.

...you set it up and don't notice it again. I was cutting the cable cord last month and trying to rid myself of leasing fees from Comcast as well. This modem fills the bill well. It is able to handle the speed as well as the additional traffic as we become a streaming household. So far, no extra buffering and no complaints.

Easy installation, using for about 2 months and no problems

Working good for me, it's dependent on your service plan like mine is 100mbps / and this one is capable of 300 & something mbps which is enough for a 100mbps service plan, the main thing is wifi router a good one , i am using a tri band wifi router with it by netgear (nighthawk) thanks.. i hope this information will help best of luck ..

I made the mistake of buying a two in one modem router in the past. Make sure to buy your modem and router separate! This one is great.
