Great product, easy hook up, and super fast speed.

This moden coupled with my new router increased reception for netflix reception on my tv by 2 bars, thru rafters and metal ducting

Bought this as our internet access speed went up to 300Mbps and the old modem just couldn't reach those speeds. It took me about 5 minutes to set it up and have things up and running. Word of advice, if at first, you get no internet signal you may need to call your provider and have them send a start signal to the device.

Only been using it for about a month now but find it superior to the cable company's modem it replaced and I no longer have the $10 monthly rental fee.

Second one I've owned, Have one at home and one at my winter place. Both work flawlessly

I installed this cable modem about a month ago to replace an older unit which was starting to go flaky. No dropped connections since the new one went into place and throughput is excellent. The only minor issue is that the LED status lights are very bright, so you may want to orient them so they don't face you when watching TV, etc.

Works great. Love it, I would recommend this to anyone. It works better than the previous one and does not lose or drop the signal

This modem is awesome! 1000 x's better than my old one...can definitely notice the difference in speed and connection. Geek Squad set this up and was very happy with them!

We purchased this modem with a new router to replace the one that we 'rent' from Time Warner Cable. Now we are saving money on our monthly bill AND the wireless range is much better and fast! It supports all of our devices and we never get kicked off the network!

A little surprised with the range it is supposed to have that I loose signal on my patio that's 30 - 40 feet away from the router.

I bought this new Motorola SURFboard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 to replace my lease modem from Comcast. Easy installation, call Comcast 800 number to give them MAC-address, model #. Reboot and done. So far after two months, not a single reboot. My speed before/after: 33Mbps-5/56Mbps-11. However, this might be the bump that Comcast increase the speed lately in the Bay Area.

I had no problems setting this up. It has been working flawlessly
