If this product is needed by anyine, I would recommend it. Ease of use, and very reliable thus far.

It works with my Bend broadband subscription and I no longer have to "rent" the equipment from them.

This modem has lived up to my high expectations. I get all the bandwidth I can with my connection, plus a little more.

The modem was great when purchased. Now I will go after a docsis 3.1 32x8. If you're looking for a decent modem to save on a monthly fee this will do. If you're looking for top line gear for a 150mb internet svc then you'll need to upgrade. Hope this helps you.

This cable modem so easy to set up and get going on the internet. I was surprised I didn't even have call comcast to set it up. So I would recommend this modem to anyone who to save some money but the problem depending on where you put this modem its like a somewhat bright night light.

I got this to replace one that my provider uses. A lot faster and easy to install and use.

Upgraded to this model recently and very happy with product. Our speed has increased to what we are paying for with Comcast, even over the amount at times. A little tricky to install but we figured it out. Longest part was getting Comcast to activate it, but all is well now. Glad we made the change.

This unit replaced my Time Warner modem and is performing much better. I have had no need for reboots with this modem, and have no monthly rental fee. Do yourself a favor and try this modem out, you won't be disappointed with the stability and throughput.

Great modem, great price, and it was easy to install

Still had to notify TWC that I wanted to replace the modem that I was renting which after 10 years paid for 10 of these. TWC can still modify the speed by using the product registration.to allow you to use this modem on their cable service. It was also the only one I could get that would work on their service, I might add.

The unit works as it should. My only complaint is that the indicator lights are to bright.

This modem was purchased to replace an overpriced rental unit from the cable company -- purchase price equal to about 8 months of their recently-raised rental rate. Plus, it has more reserve speed than the carrier-supplied unit and was not a refurbished device that was at least 3 years old when they gave it to me. Win-win.
