I came in to store and rushed to buy it. It is just a modem without router. But the product works fine though.

This is a solid performer that handles high-speed cable with no issues. It does run a little warm so put it where it can breathe. Be aware that the system indicator lights are BRIGHT. You won't want this in your bedroom as it will light up everything. But a very solid performing modem.

This cable modem was much easier to setup than my previous Motorola product and performs well!

I had to upgrade my modem from DOCSIS 2.0 to 3.0 as my old one was not compatible anymore as per internet provider. This was one of the highly rated and recommended by my internet service provider Support team. Best buy had this product at good price and was readily available. Speed is good and no issues so far but there is some latency so that is the reason for 4 star.

This modem is working great for me. I had such a unreliable one before...I am not having those connection issues anymore. I think the price is pretty reasonable too.

Like I said better then renting from TWC. The only problem I have had is I had to reboot once in awhile for internet access. seems to have stopped for now working fine.

Cox had been charging me $5.99 a month rental for a three year old modem, when they upped it to $6.99 I said enough and got this sweet this modem which performs better and I'm no longer held hostage by them. Works better than any product they ever supplied. Try it you won't be disappointed!

Boyght this bcause my Netgear modem kept dropping connection. Haven't had any issues since buying this modem.

I bought this to upgrade my leased router from Comcast. I didn't expect a speed upgrade but I did a speed test before and after the installation. I received a 5mbps performance upgrade using this. I had no idea, I would have purchased this earlier. This modem will pay for itself without having to pay that monthly lease fee.

Simple hookup,easy to use,works well and it is fast

This was purchased for Comcast/Xfinity 200Mb/s cable internet. Works great so far. No issues thus far. Connection seems to be stable. Easy to setup. Actually it's just plug, call Comcast for mac address, wait for them to finish setting up and you're online. I wish it had more than a single port for ethernet, but it seems like most of the ARRIS modems only has a single port.

This modem replaced an old cable modem from circa 2009. We were paying for a 50Mbps internet connection and only getting around 10Mbps on average. After replacing the cable modem with this Arris we now get speeds around 55Mbps. Unit has been rock solid so far and haven't needed to reboot it yet.

never have to reboot the cable modem like the one that came from Charter.

Besides all of the wonderful stuff it does (i.e. Fast speeds, etc) it looks really cool when the lights are out.

Installed on xfinity cable no issues fast up and downloads so far no drops or lost connection.

Quick set up. Good price. My only complaint is that the lights are way too bright.

Samsung employee was wonderful. He showed me the basics and I have not had any problems using my new tablet.

If you don't want to pay $10 a month for a modem from your cable company, this is the modem you need to get.
