I had the modem that cox provides at $8.99 a month rental. I figured why pay rental? I went to look for something comparable and I found this thstbus much better and in less than a year rental payments, I can make up for the price I paid for it.

Comcast kept telling me I needed to update modem so I did. I don't down load or upload things often so I don't see much difference

Easy set up. Only had to contact Time Warner to switch over. Saving $8 bucks a month now. Will pay for itself if less than a year.

The SURFboard was easy to set up and made a huge improvement in my connection speed.

I bought this modem when I upgraded my internet service due to slow service. For the most part, this modem is great. There seems to be one dead spot in the wifi but only when using an iPad. On all other devices (laptops, desktop, phones, and iPods), thei speed of our connection is very good. It is very easy to set up and I have had no other issues with it.

i haven't been happier since i purchased the modem from Best Buy. the inter-net speed has been so much better than the one i had before. The modem is a much better quality an i know i can trust Best Buy if anything goes wrong, Thank you Best Buy

The Arris model has always been a reliable modem. It's a compact powerhouse that performs well. I recently switched over to fiber connectivity and have no need for it anymore, but all in all, a good, solid product.

its a good product. converted from a docsis 2 to docsis 3. good one.

This modem is a good price for the speed it provides!

Pretty decent equipment for the money. May drop out every once in a while but comes back up within 2 minutes which is pretty good

It took me some time to get it working, because Comcast needed the Mac address and time to add it to there system. Other then that everything seems to be working great. Very easy to connect.

Is a lot faster and more reliable than my old one. My old model kept cutting off

this product works great. it wasn't expensive. it was reasonably priced and I get to save $10 a month on my bill for using my own now. the signal is strong, i never have any issues with this product, I love it ! I highly recommend it.

Easy setup. Good signal strength, even with the smallest package my ISP offers.

My previous modem worked well enough, but I was being dropped several times a day at random from the internet. The Arris DOCSIS 3.0 modem has performed flawlessly, and I have not experienced the drops of service at all that I did previously.
