It took a while for the modem to get in sync with the cable provider but after that it has worked perfectly. I keep thinking of the monthly fee to the provider that I will no longer have to pay - this is a good investment.

I have Comcast Xfinity as a provider. It took only a few minutes to set up. All my devices worked with it and I have both Apple and PC. I highly recommend this modem

Bought this to replace Optimum Modem that used to be provided for free, when they started charging me a monthly lease fee. So far so good! No more monthly lease fee and no disconnects! Hook up was easy and it works like a charm!

So far the unit is flawless with great speeds. customer support is great, my ISP was attempting to fault my modem for the inconsistent speeds. I called Motorola support determined it was an ISP issue.

I needed to get one of these to reduce my cable bill. So I went to best buy and spoke to one of the employees and told them what we use the internet for. She said that this one would work for what we do and it works great... Thank you Best Buy

For a long time I was renting one of these from my ISP and didn't really consider how much money I could save by purchasing one instead, until I did the math then it was obvious I had to buy one. I went with this model and has been working great.

Our cable company changed modems and this unit replaced their rental unit I was paying for in my monthly bill. I found out I could buy my own with this faster unit I jumped on it. It paid for itself.

I had an older modem that was showing its age due to the latest technology from my internet provider. They recommended upgrading over a year ago. Finally upgraded; I now have better service because of it. The only drawback is, when you turn it on, it takes longer to establish full communication than it did with the older one.

Excellent modem and performs flawlessly. I have used it with two different cable companies and they both worked. Well worth a few extra dollars for the higher performance. Stay away from cheap modems and routers! Always get as much performance as you can afford.

Purchased this modem because of advice from friends and the constant price increases for "modem rent" from Time Warner. Easy install and efficient help from phone contacts at Time Warner.Seems faster than the original.We are very satisfied!

Upgraded to Comcast Blast internet and it was time to upgrade the modem to realize the speed. Significant difference. Does what it says. I now pull 120MBps down on the 5GHZ channel on a regular basis.
