Very happy with this purchase. Ping is better than that with my TWC modem.

Save yourself the modem rental and set up this device instead. It will pay for itself in only a few months. The setup is pretty straight forward but make sure you've got Mediacom's number handy to "allow access" with your device or buy it ahead of time before you start using the service.

For fast internet connection we can use this modem. Buying this mode we can reduce the internet bill easily.

I was very excited on this purchase. I was unable to use it due to TWC has a monopoly on modems that require a phone line.

I've had a Motorola modem for over 10 years and decided it was time to upgrade to a newer model that could handle more mbps. This was the latest and greatest and so far it's worked like a charm and I don't anticipate anything but quality performance.

This modem works well with the router in ensuring quality streaming by multiple systems on the property. We are saving money by not paying rent for a modem from the cable company and have a better quality modem. Set-up and connection-handshake with the cable company went pretty well and running smooth since.

Very nice Modem. Setup was plug and play, just have to call the cable company to set it up on their end. Not much changed in regards to speed as I already had a 3.0 modem but now I don't have to pay the rental charge!! Pays for it's self in under a year.

My time warner box always gave intermittant signal. This works perfect.

I was returning my all-in-one modem/router to Xfinity to avoid the $10/month fee. A Best Buy rep at the store recommended this cable modem along with a separate router saying the separate units were more advanced and the speed faster than what I had been using. I feel, however, that my wireless connection is not as consistent as it used to be and I am having second thoughts about this purchase.

I was renting one of those router/modem in one and I paid for 30 mps. It was really slow speeds even with their upgraded version so I purchased this modem and the netgear n900 router and it made a big difference on upload speed and downloading speed.

Good for speeds up to 100mbps. Resets really fast when troubleshooting. If you are paying for more than 100mbps internet speeds then you should be getting a different modem. This one is only rated for up to that speed

My internet was always so so and the house I pay for 30MB down and never really achieved that at least not on a consistent basis. Since I have this modem and everytime I test the speed I am downloading at 32MB no matter what time of day I am testing.

I have no complaints and the modem works great and keeps everything going

The cable installation of this modem to the comcast service and my wireless router was simple and painless. I did have to wait 20 minutes for the cable company to add the mac address and activate service. Once it was registered, it works like a charm!
