came into best buy to purchase a modem because optimum wanted to charge me a $6 rental fee each month. one of the employees led me to this modem and a few others. i brought this home and it was super easy to setup.

Seems to be doing what they told me it would do. The lightning is not good on it. Greenappears blue.

Old one was outdated, time for an upgrade. The sales associate that assisted me was very friendly and helpful, hooked me up with what I needed to suit my needs. It works perfectly, no problems or issues and was a great value.

Easily assignable/ works well with managed networks all the way down to a basic residential system. Thanks Motorola!

This high-speed cable modem has improved our downloading speed significantly. We are somewhat new to the "downloading tv-movie" scene, and our previous modem lacked the power, i.e., the speed to make downloads quick and easy. Great product!

I purchased this modem for a friend, as they were seeing terrible internet speeds due to their older modem. Upgrading to a good DOCSYS 3 modem is one of the best small investments you can make to help see better internet speeds.

Had the SB6121,things were slowing down. Everything back to normal.

Anything electronic scares me to death. I have had bad experiences in the past due to my inability to understand computers. With that said, I followed the readable instructions and low and behold it worked right out of the box. I am very happy.

this is an excellent piece of technology as we moved from "old" DLS to much faster cable with need for a cable modem. works great, and no reason to rent one from your ISP when you can own your own and have it pay for itself in a few months.

I used to pay a monthly fee to rent my cable modem but by purchasing outright from Best Buy, it paid itself off with the money I saved in only 9 months. The speeds increased with the new modem as well.

So glad I upgraded to this! I had trouble with my internet being slow, but as soon as I got this plugged in, my internet went from molasses to supersonic. Fantastic, and simple setup!

This modem was very easy and simple to set up. However, it's not wireless so you will need to buy a router separately. Overall it's a wonderful product and plus it was on sale during the time I purchased.

This 3.0 DOCSIS works perfectly with my broadband provider service.

A great bargain for the buck. Don’t waste your $$ for the upgraded model. 343 mbps is absolutely all that 99% of users will ever need. Don’t pay Comcast a monthly rental fee for something you can buy for $50

had a cable company one and always had problems! problem solved!!!!!!
