I bought this modem to replace a leased modem from TWC. It was simple to install. I had an issue with TWC and Motorola helped me with identifying the problem. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and directed me in how to resolve the issue. After working with TWC, I was up and running with no problems.

Apple might be somewhat pricey, but I think its well worth it.

Modem worked from the initial installation; no issues at all. Appears to be well made and with the Cable standards that it meets now, it is more than well equipped should I chose to jump up to higher speeds as they become available.

If you are a Comcast subscriber this is a must if you are not using their phone system. The cost is less to own this then to pay the rental fee every month. Performs very well. Lights are a little bright so it will light a room up blue at night....

I bought this modem to replace the one I was renting from the cable company. Great price, easy to set up! I've been using it for a couple months now and am very happy. The unit works well and I haven't experienced any problems.

I've used several of these over the years and with multiple family members. An awesome modem, never have any problems with it, and it supports enough speed that it should never need to be replaced.

This unit was recommended to me from the cable person. I looked into it and it had great reviews so I got it. How nice it is to buy a great product at a great price and it was so easy to set up! I love it!!

This works great I bought it so I can have my PlayStation number for directly hardwired instead of wireless haven't dropped out of a game yet and the speed is incredible for Netflix and video streaming YouTube

I had an old motorola comcast updated told me mine was too slow so long story short... I got this one and I have no more problems like my online working when it feels like it. I have no complaints. Decent purchase.

Replaced my DOCIS 2.0 and this one provides way faster speeds and doesn't randomly disconnect from my Comcast internet like my old modem used to.

This modem is great for what I need it for. I have 75 Mbps service through Comcast and I haven't had any issues. Way more economical to pay this price up front rather than pay Comcast a monthly rental fee.

This modem is great and serves its purpose. I currently have 100/100 speeds and I achieve my speed at all times with this. If you have a download speed plan of less than 300, this is for you.

This modem does it all! Was able to speed up my internet by simply switching to this bad boy. It can take a whole lot of action on one network and keep the signal pumping!

I just upgrade my comcast to 300m, but the internet speed not increase at all. After research, i pick this one. The download speed could reach 10m/s! Amazing! And the price is more affordable than other modem.

I purchased this item based on the recommendation of the best buy associate. It handles my families needs from gaming, internet searching and Netflix. No problems at all.

Do yourself a favor and get your own modem. This is definitely not the newest or fastest on the market but if your needs aren't extreme this is an affordable way to boost your connection without paying more - just getting what you are actually paying for.

Very good modem, as it's only a modem you would need a very good router if you want the modem to be perfect.
