Using this to replace my comcast modem and it works great

Plugged it it, worked right off the bat. Upgrade required by comcast to keep service. Works great. Software fairly intuitive, leds are very bright, not a problem in a home office, but, in a bedroom, may need to be covered.

was being charged for a modem from my cable co. for a lot of yrs. now with this great product the savings from that will pay for this!!

Not the cheapest modem at the store, but for my needs this was a perfect choice. I have a lower end internet package and this has no problems meeting those speeds. For those of you who simply want a good quality, easy to use modem, this fits the bill nicely!

Obviously you pay for what you get, but I thought that this modem would be a little faster. My least favorite part about the modem is that the 5 lights on the front are very very bright. At night it lights up the room. I'm contemplating putting tape over it to make them less bright.

This replaced the TWC box which was outdated and to stop paying the 10 dollar a month charge to TWC. Connected the existing cables to the modem, called TWC and gave them the MAC address and the setup was done.

We bought this with the recommendation of a knowledgable sales rep who owns it rather than rent from the cable co. Works excellently, and will pay for itself as it's half the cost of 6 months rental.

This Arris - SURFboard Docsis 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem - Silver is working much better than the 4 times more expensive one that I purchased two years ago.

I have had two of these modems and both of them have proven to be excellent purchases. The increased speed over the cheap modems provided by Charter and Time Warner is noticeable. The modems are definitely worth the money and pay for themselves the first year you own it over renting from the cable company.

I got it at $50 dollar which is cheaper than amazon when I did the research online. As personal usage, I have 100mbps internet service. This model is pretty enough supporting the service I ordered.

I went in planning on buying a different brand. The sales person knew nothing about the brand I wanted but did suggest this brand instead. It has worked very well and I am pleased with my purchase.

I was in the need of a new cable modem and works great with Charter's 40mbps service. I do not think they will ever offer over 100mbps service in my area during my lifetime, so it's good enough.

It saves $10 per month on my Time Warner Cable bill.

...it seems that it may have been a Time Warner Cable issue so I would still strongly recommend this modem. I have had the Moto Surfboard since they first came out and find the Motorola is still the best for cable modems.

it's been working great since I got it a few months ago.

I would like to say that it's better than paying comcast.
