Surfboard modem resolved internet connectivity issues

Modem works great. However, the lights on the front of the modem are so bright, they are blinding to look directly at and they light up the whole room at night.

It's a good modem. Seems to work very well and serves its purpose.

We have the second fastest internet speed option that Time Warner offers. This modem allows us to take advantage of that speed.

This was a good modem for the price. Unfortunately I needed a telephony connection which this model did not have. If you don't need a telephone connection I would definitely recommend this model.

Gets the job done. Accommodates higher internet speeds than basic models. We upgraded to turbo internet from Time Warner and buying this modem helped us save money now that they are charging a monthly fee to use their modem.

Awesome product would buy it again and again for sure

Was not sure this item would fit the bill but since it was a DOCSIS 3.0 compliant unit I gave it a shot. It worked well with OPTIMUM online and with no issues at all when installed at my brother in-law's house. Planning to get the same brand when changing our condo's cable modem.

I save money on my internet bill because I own the box and don't have to pay monthly rental fees. This Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem is better than the one they rent you. I don't have lag problems.

Knowing we were going to be moving we need to say to purchase our own router and modem. This modem was exactly what we were looking for and will suit our needs perfectly! Prices are so right!

My cable company recommended this modem. It was very well priced, came in a few days and works perfectly. I saved money by purchasing my own and I would tell anyone to do the same. This is well worth it.

I bought this cable modem because I moved and the cable company said I needed to update to take advantage of the speed. They were right. My Internet is really fast. Now I need to update my router!

Fairly easy set up, however I had to contact TW technical support for help. Do not let that be a deal breaker. Zero issues with the operation and I do not have the intermittent operating problems I experienced with TW's modem. Best of all, TW is not getting a rental fee. The modem works flawlessly.

We wanted to replace our rented modem from Comcastt with our own. It was simple to activate - we just called Comcast. It doubled our internet speed and we no longer pay a monthly fee. I highly recommend it
