I gave it 4 stars because with this you are unable to change the the internal ip, i've seen adsl modems that have done this, It helps when you already have a network set up an not have to change the ip's on already static set devices. other than that this device is an easy 5 stars

We purchased this modem to replace the one we were leasing from Time Warner Cable. It was very easy to set up too! So far it is working great!

This modem works very well with my unreliable cable and internet supplier. However, this is a replacement for the same model which was rendered unusable due to an electrical power surge.

I have had this modem for a few months now, It works great, I never had any issues, I know there are some high speed modems which can handle higher data transfers, But this one works well for 300Mbps connections, This is a very good modem for the price.

I've had this modem for a few months now and it hasn't needed to be reset or shown any signs of slowness. If you are into buying things that are expense but give the best performance this is the way to go.

Bought this modem to replace an older Motorola model. We've not been disappointed. We are heavy console and PC gamers and this modem doesn't disappoint.

I know most of you who have been looking for a new modem would have come across this modem's sister model, the SB6121. For the most part, you will not notice the difference, so if cost is an issue, just go for the lower model. This model is alright, but not spectacular.

This modem is simple, yet robust. That has been my experience with this one and the one at my parent's house. Motorola used to make these, but Arris is the brand name now.

This was the one of the modems recommended by Time Warner for my Internet ,the techs at Best Buy said that it was a good choice. It was absolutely a no brainier to connect and have had no problem whatsoever.

I purchased this cable modem when Time Warner raised the rental fee on their cable modem. This unit works really well and was easy to set up. The unit will pay for itself within seven months.

We replaced our Motorola Gateway combo with this modem and a Netgear router. Switching it out was easy as pie, and after a quick call to Cox to register the new modem we were up and running without any issues!

Mainly bought this just so i didn't have to rent a modem from Comcast. works perfectly, just plug it in, activate it via comcast's network, and boom it worked.

It's not as good as I expected. It's worth the money though

Very happy! Works just as well as the one I was using from the cable company, but saves me the rental fee I was payIng. I am able to run multiple home networks off this with no difficulty.

works just great with comcast. just plug it in and it goes right to the website to register. takes about 5 minutes. unlike the old arris modems it does not have a battery backup
