love this modem! for the value - i would highly recommend it to anyone who's in the market to purchase a new modem.

Works great. No problems. Bought this modem instead of renting one from TWC. Arris is reputable and cable guy said he couldn't ever remember hearing of one going bad. Would buy it again.

No point in passing rent to the cable company when you can own this outright in months of what you would pay them. Their product video tells you everything you need to know. Fabulous.

Bought this to replace my TWC modem so I could eliminate the monthly rental fee. Highly recommended by a number of people that know what they are talking about. So far it is working great.

I had to upgrade per Internet provider, and this modem was on their list of compatable modems. Simple to set up and no issues so far. This is my third surfboard and I have always been happy with them.

We use this modem with Comcast. Once activated with Comcast, the modem works great! I never have to touch the modem. It usually pays for itself within a year. (By not renting modem form cable company.)

Get rid of those monthly payment to the evil giants and do yourself a favor and purchase this one-time payment. It's worth it and the speed throughput is amazing. Highly recommended.

I recently upgraded my internet speed and needed to upgrade my modem. For the price this was an excellent purchase, hooked it up and it was ready to use. Highly recommend.

We were able to save on our internet service by managing our own cable modem. We went with this and it has held up fine for 2 years now.

I had increased my internet speed from 50 to 150 but my previous modem was so outdated that it couldn't run the speed smoothly. Got this one and now my internet is running great!

This is an easily installed modem. I've experienced no problems with this modem, It works well in conjunction with the router I installed concurrently.

I bought this for my father in law. We had it set up in less than 20 minutes and 10 minutes of that was talking to the cable company to release access to the modem. Works just fine.

I didn't want to lease a modem from my internet service provider. I went on their website and this is one of the preferred modems. I haven't had any issues. I purchased a router separately.

This cable modem provided the best fit for my needs and was easy to set up. Just remember to call your cable provider to have them recognize the unit is being used on their system.

Terrible issues linking is with Comcast and a wireless router but no fault of the modem

I wanted a faster cable modem to replace to 7 year-old cable modem and this model has exceeded my expectations. Dropped signals and glacial speed are things of the past.
