The modem works great and I am pleased with almost everything it offers .The problem with this device as well as most is why do they all have to have lights on them? This modem is so bright it lights up the whole room with blue light, and I mean bright!!!!

No problems with this product. When you buy something like this, you really just want to forget it's even there because it works so well. That's the case so far with this device.

This cable modem is a slam dunk for those people that don't want to pay to rent one from cable provider - It is pretty much plug and play, and it has given me no problems at all. I highly recommend.

I got this because I now have 200Mpbs Internet and my old router wasn't fast enough. It works well. Max downstream is 343.1 Mbps, so this won't work if you're getting 1Gbps Internet.

I bought this modem in order to get rid of the monthly charge from my cable company to rent from them an old modem. After setting it up, internet speed was much better and faster. I love this modem !

Great product. Easy to install and use. I was being charged $8 a month from comcast to rent a modem. This will pay for itself in less than a year.

Despite it not as fast as the other 1 that cost more, this modem still do it job well n unless there r 5 or more people the speed of the Internet is still satisfactory

We bought it thinking my old one was bad, but it ended up being our router that was cutting in and out. We kept it anyway because there was such a difference in speed from our old modem to this one.

I was undecided on what modem to purchase after I moved, the sales tech said this the best bang for your buck and they were right. I highly recommend this product.

Seems to be a good fast modem. I occasionally have to reboot it because of slow speeds, but I'm not sure if it is the modem's fault or something with the TWC system. Paid for itself pretty quickly by not having to pay TWC monthly rental fee.

Purchased this modem to prevent paying Comcast $10 a month for the rest of my life. Realized very quickly that purchasing a modem was well worth it. Never have any issues with this modem. Recommend it for casual gamers and binge Netflix watchers.
