. Setup was easy although I had to talk to Motorola tech support when Comcast could not initialize. It was a simple sequencing requirement with my existing router. Comcast should have known.

It was recommended by a sales associate and he was right. It performs well and it was easy to install especially since I am not good with computer stuff.

I had problems with my old modem so I decided to get a new one. I read the details on this product and decided I was going to purchase this one. I am well pleased with this modem.

This unit has worked great. It is fast and great for multiple devices running at the same time. Our old unit would shut down here and there. This one has never done that yet. Very happy with it.

Great price and easy setup for my cable service. I've never had any issue with these modems and I honestly don't plan on looking anywhere else when I upgrade soon.

Great product. I think it is better to own a cable modem instead of renting from internet provider. Saves money monthly and provides quality internet speeds. Great product!

Good product, easy installation. Only issue I had was that the first one I purchased had been previously registered, so Comcast could not activate it. Not sure how that could happen with a factory-sealed box. Returned and the second one was fine.

It has worked well for me since I got it. It was recommended by a best buy employee as well that he personally used it and loved it. It has worked amazing so far in my home.

I purchased this by a recommendation of my friend, who has one as well. When I got my internet installed it was easy to work with my wi-if router. Been working great!

Replaced the rental modem that Time Warner provided and saw a drastic increase in DL and UL speeds. I'll never use a rental again!

Set up the modem in dining area and have service throughout the house. I can have a 2 phones, computer, and tablet watching movies and no noticeable decreases in speed or service.

Even though this is not the latest Arris modem, but it works great, good speed, no issue at all. I had one, which I bought couple of years back, no issue with that one either.

Easy to set up. I get 60-70M but that's because my Internet is maxed at that. I used to get 50M so improved. The light blinks orange all the time and the instructions are not clear enough on why and what to do. For the price I'm happy!

My Thanks to my Best Buy sales person - recommended this modum to go with a WIFI unit for interface with local cable company - easy to set up and working well after one month.

After replacing the RCN modem (which was an older model) with the Arris modem, i noticed an improvement both for cable & internet speed. I am glad i went this model.

Highly recommend this product as long as you have fast enough internet to need it. If you have slower internet you could get a cheaper alternative and it will work fine.

I have been using this over a month and as other people have commented on it its a great super fast modem and serves all the purpose for a home
