My ISP 2-in-1 wasn’t doing the job. Purchased this with the Google WiFi router. I went from 150/4mbps to 200/6mbps. I pay for 175/5mbps

Bought this to replace a similar version that died. Found this at Best Buy for a decent price and quick pickup. Got it that day, installed and operating in minutes.

This modem compared to the Midco one i was using blows it out of the water! It is so much better and can support my 4k devices and keep up with everyone using the internet!

Was easy to install. Configuration took a bit longer but I think that was more in the internet providers side. Works well with the new linksys router I paired it with.

I purchased this modem because my old one was dropping out periodically. This SurfBoard has operated as advertised....we only have 3 people in our home, but we haven't had any issues streaming together (usually no more than 2 devices at once).

It works good I just wish it was faster, I would recommend it to my friends

I purchased this unit because the internet speed I upgraded to required a more up-to-date model to handle the high speeds. Since I'm a TWC customer, this worked perfectly.

Good modem. My old Mid-continent router was dying. No issues, it is on their approved modem list. Glad it was in stock for same day pickup. I would buy again.

was easy to install and has been in operation for 3 weeks with no problems. Unit came highly recommended by a trusted Best Buy associate.

Would like to see on/off switch as I turn off computer at night

With 5 devices, I haven’t had any internet connectivity issues.

This is a decent product. Big issue is calling your provider to have it updated in the system. This particular product is viewed as "out of date" through Comcast and doesn't work as well I guess. Haven't really had any issues using it though.

I bought a middle of the line modem and router. I read that there can be issues with a modem router combo, so I wanted separate units. They were easy to connect and I always have a great Internet connection. I have been watching a lot of tv shows online and I only have 3 Mbps, but the picture and streaming are perfect! I am usually in the same room as the modem and router, so I can't testify to signal strength quality throughout a 2,400 sq/ft house.

Worked with a BB associate. He recommended this one based on my needs of internet speed and # of devices accessing Wi-Fi. Had it approximately 1 month and it's been great!

These Docsis 3.0 modems, previously Motorola and now Arris are always reliable and work. Don't waste a few dollars on a cheap knockoff. Go with these. They'll last for years.

Handles well for my house and keeps up with speed and that's with three phones using WiFi and 2 laptops and game console...very surprised especially for the price!
