Very reliable and powerful router. I like to own my own router so I do not have to pay monthly to the cable company.

Install it then hide it. It's ugly but effective. This is a DOCSIS 3.0 modem which basically unlocks all of the faster speeds available thru the new fiber networks cable company's are using.

The modem was very easy to set up. Had to call Comcast to register the new modem. Once registered the modem worked great. No problems at all. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This modem is worth paying for to avoid having to pay rental fees to IPSs.

Great price! Will pay for itself in 6 months, opposed to renting it from Comcast. Plus setup was a breeze!

I purchased this modem several months ago. Very easy to setup and reliable connection. I was able to return my internet provider the leased modem so it will save me money in the long run. Also great thing with best buy they will match the prices from amazon!!!

We bought this modem so we wouldn't be renting from the local cable company. It performs better than the one we had been renting and will save us money in the long run.

Works as expected, plenty of speed / no lag between several routed devices. No issues. Works as expected with my cable ISP.

THIS IS THE BEST LITTLE MODEM, DECIDED TO BUY INSTEAD OF RENTING. SMARTEST THING ONE COULD DO. EASY SET UP AND JUST LET THE CABLE COMPANY KNOW THE NUMBERS.

Replaced a slower version modem that failed. Speed is as fast or faster that the one it replaced with the same internet plan, works good with Cox cable.

Not much to review here -- I didn't want to pay a rental fee to the cable company and bought this modem. It has worked perfectly since it was first plugged in. I'm happy.

We are very pleased with this Arris modem as we have not noticed any slowdown in speed since our higher speed modem we returned to Comcast. Now no rental fee every month!

While this modem isn't outrageous in price, most cable companies are requiring the 3.0 technology. That being said, this will become the standard type of device and hopefully the prices fall to similar levels as "old technology". I haven't experienced any problems with the device. The internet connection has remained strong and I haven't had to reset it like I've had to on previous modems.

This modem works great and I don't have to pay my internet provider $10 a month to rent one. This one works better than the one I had from my internet provider!

I needed a new modem and our city's internet company recommended Arris - SURFboard Docsis 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem. It was very easy to install and works very well.

Found this on sale during BB's many sales and pulled the trigger on it. This modem beats the ISP provided modems by a mile and is one of the most reliable ones out there.

We had another brand Modem and gateway which kept dropping signal to upstairs. After purchasing the Surfboard Modem the re has not been one signal drop off or interruption. Great modem.
