I purchased this because I didn't want to rent a modem from Comcast. It works exactly as advertised. I am subscribed to Comcast's 50MB service and I routinely see that or more.

The reviews were generally quite good and the Best Buy store manager recommended this modem. Our system is working much better now. It was relatively easy to set up.

I bought this moder to keep from paying the rental fee from my cable company. It has paid for itself and has exceeded my expectations for range and reliability!

This modem is a piece of cake to set up. Instructions are hardly needed except to know what the symbols on the modem mean. I guess words are now too complicated to put on devices.

So far this has been a great purchase. The modem connected to Comcast with no issues. Set up was easy and quick. Speed is great!

I have been very happy with this modem so far; it has been in service over a month, and has not had to be rebooted once. All the speed I need.

Was bought to replace my Time Warner cable modem. Had to call in and register the modem with a MAC address but worked immediately. The DOCSIS 3.0 was an immediate upgrade in speed.

This modem was recommended by Comcast as well as a sales associate at. Best buy. Easy set up, no problems makes sense to buy your own rather than rent from Comcast.

I was using DocSis 2.0 and realized I was not getting the speed I was paying for. Switched to this and now I am testing at 53 megs on my laptop and 72 megs on my wifes cell. Get it!

I purchased this modem for use with WOW cable internet. It does its job without any issues. A quick call to WOW with the MAC addresss and I was connected.

Bought this upon recommendation of Best Buy sales associate instead of renting a modem from my service provider. Have had no issues with it and setup was a breeze.

Was sick of paying Time Warner for their modem rental and researched their approved list of devices and came upon this one. Great modem for a very good price and easy to install!

A very good quality modem that is practical and does it's job well.

This is my second one, and I am happy with it. Not too sure why the first stopped working, but the reviews were still strong and the price right for this model.

Great modem, except for the front panel status LEDs. There needs to be a way, firmware or otherwise, to turn down the intensity. Unless you put this thing in a closet the LEDs will bother you especially at night. You won't ever need a nightlight !!!
