So far this modem has worked perfectly fine. I have coupled it with a Asus - Dual-Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router with 4-Port Ethernet Switch (Model: RT-N65R) and the combo has worked wonderfully. The only issue that I ran into (and it was due to my ignorance/lack of knowledge, not the modem) is that I didn't realize at first that I even needed a router in order to get the wireless network set up -- so if you're a novice like me be sure to keep that in mind. Once I got that figured out it was simple to set up the network and it has worked great. I'd rather own my own equipment than to pay a cable provider $12/month to use their inferior stuff.

I bought this economic modem instead of throwing away money by renting one from the cable company, so far it does a good job considering that I have a small 2 bedroom apartment.

Wanted to trim cable costs and turn in my 'rented' modem. This one does the job. I did call my internet provider and gave them the ID of modem. It was a breeze.

We had been paying our cable company too long for a modem. This product has performed equally well. The people at the company were helpful in setting it up.

I moved into a new apartment and didn't want to pay to rent a modem. This was a great option. Little tricky to setup, and had to call for help, but works great.

Bought this modem to replace older modem. Have comcast as a provider. Plugged in modem, connected coaxial and called Comcast with the model and serial. Worked perfectly.

I bought this because I was paying 6.99/month to Cox for 4 years and always had to reboot. Had this for 2 months and no reboot yet. Should have done this years ago

Plug n Play easy. Switched from DSL service to Cable service. Good looking modem. Easily mounted to wall. Bright blue lights make it easy to determine it is operating correctly.

Several times faster than the Medicom modem I was paying monthly for and this has reduced the bill $10/mo. In addition no more pause in watching online movies or playing games.

We bought this and a Netgear R8000 to replace the terrible rental from Comcast. Both of them together seriously improved our speeds. This was well worth it.

Modem was easy to connect and after a 5 minute phone call to the cable company I was working and back online. I'm also now saving the 4 dollar a month "lease" fee for a modem.

Bought this for my mom, to connect her internet. She loves it, personally I am partial to all in ones. Don't like to set up modems and routers, this modem was easily set up and preforms admirably,

These things work great and you don’t have to pay $10 per month or wait for cable co to come fix if it goes out. Pays for itself in just a few months.

I wanted to upgrade to the more modern model that is approved by both Cable Companies here in Fargo. This one fits the bill and works well.

If you have cable Internet, get this modem. It is far superior to the ones supplied by the cable companies. I get well over 100 mbps with this modem.

I bought this modem about a month ago and I can notice that may internet is faster than with the old time warner modem. I had conection issues a couple times but not sure why it could have been my router or the internet provider
