hooked it up had internet in less than 5 minutes. price and reviews on this product were outstanding that's why I brought it.

very happy with this so far. internet is much faster now. not many people realize they're paying for an internet speed their old modem can't handle.

I absolutely love this product. It works perfectly with my modem and provides me with the necessary speeds so I can complete whatever needs to be done.

The setup was easy. It is able to handle all our wireless devices with no issues, including my son's online gaming on PS3. The led is bright if it is in a bedroom.

Great modem! I was using a rented Scientific Atlanta modem from my ISP and immediately after installing this new modem, I noticed my download speed dramatically improved

Good quality product.. Set-up was easy. This item upgraded an old Motorola Surfboard modem that we used for many years. Works great, no problems at all.

This modem seemed to work just fine, but I returned it for the next model up for more channels of bandwidth.

This modem has done exactly what I hoped. It has performed it's function consistently. I am quite satisfied and would recommend this modem to anyone.

The modem keeps comcast happy and it was easy to set up on a mac

Small but mighty. It did the job and is still hard at work about 8 months into use. Also I changed internet providers and it's still working fine.

i needed to upgrade my cable modem to the new docsis 3,this is a great modem for the money,i have been using it for awhile now with out any issues.it would be nice to turn down or turn off the modem lights though.

This is a great modem and I've never had an issue with it. As long as you also have a decent router and internet speed you probably won't have an issue.

Purchased to replace provider's router. Since installation, signal has been more stable and faster since upgrade. Not a plug & play device. You will need to contact your ISP with the MAC address on the router.

This product is great. It is a lot better than what the cable company gives you and it sure beats paying for the rental if you plan to keep the service more than a year.

We wanted a modom so we wouldn't have to pay the internet company a bunch of money. Modom works great. Now just need to get a better router. Haha

This was plug and play with Comcast right out of the box. Very easy set up. All of the needed cables are provided. Fast connection, no complaints.

The Arris high speed cable modem work much better than the one your providers give I recommend this one for anyone who doesn't want to pay a monthly to your provider
