Practically plug and play. Once I entered my password, it almost completed the process itself. I'd definitely recommend this unit.

Great pass-through router or if all you need is net access. It's much cheaper than the rent-o-routers supplied by spectrum cable...

Internet modem that has worked great in being part of our wi-fi home network. Had no problems getting it set up & functioning.

Just plugged in and it worked, linked automatically to the Comcast modem register page. Sped up the download speeds from the old surfboard I replaced.

I would recommend this product to others. I am retired and use the computer more than ever now. I like to do searches, play games,use social media, and listen to music. I like the speed at which I can perform tasks now.

This modem was very easy to install. All issues were with the cable company. On hold over 20 min with COX.

I was looking for a cheap cable modem and a sales associated recommended this one (as he was using the same one at his home), so I decided to go with this one. So far I don't have any problems.

I bought it and it works exactly as described.. I only paid 100 and now ive increased my speed at the same price. 50 bucks . So it already paid for itself.

I really don't know anything about cable modems. This one has the speed and specs for my purpose. And it was a reasonable price compared to many others.

I bought this to replace a Motorola SB6121, which is DOCSIS 3.0, but slightly slower. My SB6141 works perfectly and was easy to set up.

Nothing too fancy, it just seems to work which is a good thing for people that have no clue how to optimize a network like myself. I didn't need to tweak anything I just plugged in and was online.

I needed to update a 10 year old modem. This one is working out nicely and it has increased upload and download speed tremendously.

Don't get if you need crazy high speeds but for 100 down and 10 up that I have it is great. Wife and kids on Netflix while I am off gaming.

This is a great modem. I have not had any issues. The only thing is I wish they gave you more tech info for the Up and down streams that it is connecting.
