Average Docsis 3.0 Modem. Not a top end device, but I also don't have very fast internet from my ISP. Does its job.

Handles new bonding requirements for ultimate speeds. The white case is ugly and the LED's are way to bright. Also need space for ventilation as it does produce quite a bit of heat.

If you don't own your own cable modem, you're likely paying your internet provider an additional five dollars each month to borrow theirs. The Arris Surfboard line is an absolutely value when this is taken into consideration. After nearly two years of use it's about to pay for itself a second time. It works every single day without fail. In fact, the only time I've had to touch it was when I moved across town.

I have four TVs, a cell phone, and four computer devices. I typically have at least four connected at a time and this product keeps up with the demand of those devices.

my cox modem went out had to buy another one. the only thing I need to unplug it every day; because if freezes up in the middle of the night. but it works pretty good.

This is good alternative modem then optimum modem that come with service. I saw a decent difference in my internet speed since i switch to this modem.

The modem did all that it was supposed to do. There were no problems when I tried connecting to the internet ( i have xfinity). However the reason I returned it was because of my fault i did not remember to see if the modem was wifi cable. Since this modem is only for cable use (ethernet use) I returned it.

Bought for a family member for need of basic internet setup. Works well and good price point.
