Best Buy had the best deal and the delivery was fast. Installation was easy and I have had no problems. I can't say I see any difference between my old modem I purchased years ago and this one. Comcast must know something I don't. Maybe it has something to do with downloading movies, which I don't do, I just don't know. Anyway I'm "modem updated" and not leasing which I recommend to everyone.
