Adequate modem

They assisted me in connecting it and it worked great for about 2 weeks, then it dropped off and wasn't connected. First call to Comcast, after several attempts by them to resolve the problem, resulted in me being told that it was beyond service life! Not happy! Then Comcast expert support called me back about 2 hours later and had the modem connected again within about 15 minutes. Since then it has worked fine.

WORKS WELL
