Twc, started charging for my router about a year ago so I bought one. Than just about a month ago, they started charging for my modem. So yet ago I bought something else rather than paying every month to rent a slow one. So fast that Twc tried to talk me into, spending more money on upgrading my Internet speed. Probably because I was now saving on renting my modem lol

It's working fine but I was surprised when I got home to see that the box had been opened and all the items had been unwrapped. Is this the practice of Best Buy to put previously used items on the shelf as a new product? It's disturbing to me that I paid full price for an item that was used. I appreciate hearing back from you.

Excellent speed and easy set up
