Great Modem

Comcast couldn't get it up and running, but called the manufacturing company and they spent well over an hour with me until I was finally able to get on line. They even helped me trouble shoot my router and figure out it was not working. I will now be getting a new router. Great product support!

Still the best modem out there

This model is by far the longest lasting modem I've ever had. I would not hesitate to buy this model again in 2 years if history were to repeat itself. I only had to do 2 or 3 "modem resets" with the previous modem over its 2 year life, compared to dozens using Cisco for 1 year. I highly recommend this modem.

Great Modem

That one had issues, so I returned it and went back to renting for a while (like many people, the thought of not having a reliable internet connection is terrifying). When the ISP jacked up the price for renting, I decided to try this newer version modem from Motorola and it has not disappointed. So far, so good!
