I'm not very tech at all but after talking with friends and getting professional help at Best Buy, I decided to purchase this modem, along with a new router. Both proved to be a great investment.

Great Cable modem to replace a Netgear modem

Previously i had the NEtgear modem which still shows up as supported on the list however, the installer told me that this netgear modem is no longer supported.. My only option is either to purchase another or just rent frm TWC. I decided to buy this one instead.
